Experienced structural osteopathy for back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica and sports injuries—built around a clear assessment, skilled hands-on care and a plan that makes sense.
Choose what best matches your main concern. This doesn’t diagnose the problem—it helps you understand the most relevant assessment pathway and creates a useful first enquiry.
LOWER BACK PATHWAY
A structural assessment of the spine, pelvis and load pattern.
We’ll look at what aggravates your pain, how your lumbar spine and pelvis move, and whether nerve irritation may be involved.

When should I seek urgent medical care?
New loss of bladder or bowel control, progressive weakness, chest pain, severe trauma, sudden unusual headache, fever with severe pain or other rapidly worsening symptoms require urgent medical assessment. The explorer is general guidance, not a diagnosis.
Structural osteopathy
Treatment with a reason behind it.
Care starts by understanding the whole mechanical picture—not simply chasing the painful spot. Your plan is adapted to your presentation, goals and tolerance.
